Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review product details, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing a purchase.
Order Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details—including product selection, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and billing information—are correct at the time of checkout. Once an order has been submitted, it is processed immediately and cannot be modified or canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item
After reviewing the request, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item or another reasonable solution at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is missing after delivery confirmation, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Because all items are final sale, we do not provide return labels or reimburse shipping costs.
