What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipped via USPS & UPS.Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Thursday 12 PM EST will begin processing same day and will ship within 3-5 business days pending availability and billing verification. Orders placed after 2 PM EST (Monday-Thursday) will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 3-5 business days. (If your order is placed on Friday after 12 PM EST, it will begin processing the following Monday.) Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. TSG does not offer combined shipping at this time. TSG will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you’ve selected will be delayed, or if we need additional identification provided for billing verification. Orders shipped to the US via standard shipping (USPS) can take 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind some locations in Alaska + Hawaii require additional transit time. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages by USPS or UPS . What is your return policy?
TSG does not offer refunds. Instead, we will offer store credit or exchange the item for something of equal value.



Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more within the United States.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

How do I know what size to order?
We recommend reviewing our sizing chart before purchasing. If you are between sizes, sizing up is often the most comfortable option for heels.

Do your shoes run true to size?
Most of our styles run true to size. However, fit can vary slightly depending on the design and heel height.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
